Drugs Are Not The Only Anxiety Help Available

Just because there are drugs available to help with your anxiety attacks, it doesn't mean they are the only option. There are many natural alternatives available and it is worth your time to at least consider trying some of them before you start taking a concoction of various drugs.

The first one is Kava which is a herb that has been shown to have many positive effects, it makes many people who take it feel uplifted and calm. This feeling of calm allows you to face the situation that is causing your anxiety.

People who suffer with stress, anxiety and even insomnia have reported benefits from using Kava. It has also been used for mind depression and tension.

If you are suffering from a self conscious disorder like stress or exhaustion then you may be better off looking into Verbena or Passionflower both of which have been used to help people who suffer with epilepsy, stress and anxiety. If you know you are going into a crisis situation then Lavender may be just what you need, however as it can also be a slight sedative you should be careful with how you use it.
