Yet, the world seems to be full of elderly people, and often not so elderly, who over-populate nursing facilities, are in and out of the hospital, complain about how bad they feel, or bear their infirmity silently and live out their lives in more or less misery.

Fortunately there are those who enjoy good health into a ripe old age, and that's where you want to be.
